Fleet Development Facilitator\nJob Summary of Fleet Development Facilitator:\nThis role supports training and development within a fleet operations environment, ensuring the consistent delivery of learning programs for driver trainees and operational staff. The position focuses on facilitating training, monitoring compliance with standard processes, providing feedback, and supporting structural an\n...\nd change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee development.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities of Fleet Development Facilitator:\n• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for trainees and associates, ensuring alignment with established content and operational standards.\n• Conduct teachbacks, co - facilitation, and assessments to provide feedback on trainee progress and program effectiveness.\n• Perform audits and consistency tours to ensure adherence to standard processes and identify potential risks.\n• Collaborate with Learning Content Development and leadership teams to review, refine, and enhance training materials and programs.\n• Support the adoption of structural and change initiatives through education, engagement, and coaching of associates.\n• Monitor and optimize training utilization, including emerging technologies such as virtual reality and other learning platforms.\n• Provide supervision, mentorship, and development opportunities for training staff, promoting a culture of recognition and inclusion.\n• Model and reinforce compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures.\n• Foster a high - performing team culture by building trust, encouraging collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.\n• Use data - driven insights to inform training strategies, operational improvements, and decision - making.\nQualifications and Experience of Fleet Development Facilitator:\n• Current holder of an interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.\n• Minimum 3 years of full - time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience within the past 7 years.\n• Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years and no serious traffic violations, DUI/DWI convictions, or preventable fatal accidents in the past 10 years.\n• Preferred experience includes over - the - road driving of 250,000 miles or more and prior training or facilitation experience.\n• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor trainees and associates effectively.\n• Ability to analyze processes, assess compliance, and provide actionable feedback to improve operations.\n• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.\nBenefits of Fleet Development Facilitator:\n• Comprehensive health benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage.\n• Financial benefits such as 401(k) options, stock purchase programs, and company - paid life insurance.\n• Paid time off including parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, and holidays.\n• Performance - based bonuses and additional compensation, including potential regional pay premiums.\n• Short - term and long - term disability coverage.\n• Educational benefits through Live Better U, covering programs from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short - form certificates.\n• Company discounts and support for adoption and surrogacy expenses.\nSalary:\n• Aual salary range: $88,200 - $132,300.\nAbout Walmart:\nWalmart is a global retail leader committed to helping people save money and live better.
